The Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in attracting top talent to OHSU for current and future recruitment needs. They engage leading edge sourcing techniques to identify and engage prospective candidates. The Sr. Talent Sourcing Specialist grows networks and develop robust pipelines for hard to fill roles, leadership positions and other high-profile positions. They highlight OHSU’s employee value proposition and the OHSU brand. This position leverages advanced knowledge and skill to stay ahead of and communicate industry trends and utilizes labor market information to provide best-in-class candidate sourcing. This position creates a positive customer experience for applicants and hiring managers. The role is positioned within the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise in Central Human Resources. They will be dedicated to the OHSU Hospital Expansion Project (OHEP) enabling OHSU to provide expanded specialty care with the addition of a new 14 story building (with 128 new beds with room for more) on our Marquam Hill Campus opening in April 2026. This is a time-limited position. The anticipated duration of the position is until June 30, 2026. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for the project.
