What you will do:

As the successful candidate for this position, you will support the Energy Program and the Water, Telecom, Safety and Consumers Programs by facilitating the discovery and information requests and responses for the Staff analysts and economists to assist them with investigating matters before the Commission. Works directly with the analysts and their managers in filing the analysts' testimony and comments, managing the discovery tracking system, scheduling items for regular and special public meetings, scheduling and hosting other meetings, assisting Safety staff with administrative tasks and committee facilitation, and proof-reading documents.

This is a permanent, full-time, unrepresented position.

What we are looking for:

Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data;

OR

An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data;

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.
