AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people to join our World-Class Call Center Dispatch Team on our Evening & Overnight Shifts!

The Member Service Representative III/Dispatcher assists AAA members by dispatching service vehicles and using compute-assisted dispatch systems. In this position, you will determine the appropriate level of service, route calls, and accurately record information via computer while providing top quality member service. The Call Center is a fun and energetic environment that is looking for caring individuals that enjoy helping people. Our current openings support our evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, when our Members need us most!

Desired skills:

  • Customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a variety of inbound calls, including members calling in an emergency, high stress situation.
  • Highly profession computer skills required; ability to work quickly in multiple systems and while on phone.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon

Remote: Full-time, Work-from-Home position after 30-day onsite training at our Lake Oswego Call Center. Must have flexibility to work onsite, day/mid-shift during training period.

Hours: Full-time (40-hours per week) with set schedule. 4x10-hour shifts per week. OT available during period of peak volume.

Shifts Available: Specific Evening/Overnight/Weekend shifts currently available.

  • 7pm to 6am; Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat
  • 1pm - 12am; Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat
  • 2am - 1pm; Sun, Mon, Wed, Sat

Shift during initial training period may differ from long-term assignment. We do our best to find shifts that meet both our Team Member and organizational needs. We regularly offer shift bids to accommodate preferences as best we can. Additional shifts may be available and shifts are not guaranteed.

Start Date: Next training class targeted to start in mid-October 2024.

Pay: Starting at a base of $20.25 + per hour, depending on experience. PLUS shift and bilingual differentials up to an additional $3.75 per hour.
