AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking a Service Center Manager to support our team members in our Portland headquarters!
The Service Center Manager is responsible for managing Travel and Member Service Associate (MSA) team members performance through development of sales and service skills, coaching, and productivity tracking. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all Service Center team members are trained and updated on AAA initiatives, technology, membership benefits, policies and procedures. The Service Center Manager ensures Service Center staffing and member service delivery, for all onsite functions including both travel and insurance while maintaining positive member, employee and partner relations.
Desired skills:
- Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills required.
- Strong customer service skills and sales ability required.
- Skills required include organizational, time management, and technical skills such as Microsoft Office products and video conferencing.
- Two to four years' experience in travel industry preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Service Center in downtown Portland, OR.
