In this role, you will lead the transformation of Oregon’s enterprise procurement system, oversee statewide professional training and certification, and shape how state agencies purchase goods and services to deliver greater value for Oregonians.
Your leadership will directly influence:

The state’s procurement equity initiative

Oregon’s eProcurement system and modernization efforts

Training and certification for the statewide procurement workforce
You will also serve as a trusted advisor to government officials—balancing innovation, accountability, and service delivery in every decision.
Due to the nature of this position, you may be required to report to the Salem office on short notice. Our preference is that you live within one hour of Salem. Relocation assistance may be available.
