What You’ll Do
No two days look the same! You’ll:
- Build relationships with assigned technology clients and become their go-to resource.
- Track project details and compile progress/status reports.
- Create client-facing presentations and deliverables that make an impact.
- Update and maintain client websites and documentation.
- Partner with Account Managers to deliver on client needs.
- Lead account team meetings by preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, tracking deliverables, and ensuing follow-up. Our default work location is the office, but we provide flexibility when your meeting schedule calls for it.
- Represent VTM Group with professionalism via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Travel occasionally (about 25%) for client meetings and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to grow in client-facing work:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business OR equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years in customer service, account coordination, or project support.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Confident in public speaking and negotiation settings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
