Your efficacious interpersonal abilities will be key as you’ll serve as the point of contact for clients, promptly responding to all inquiries, and managing requests in Salesforce to maintain seamless support. A sociable personability would thrive in this role as you’ll facilitate client transactions and collaborate with colleagues.
You’ll stand out among other applicants if you are tech savvy and have a sharp eye for details. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant records to fulfill internal policies, and for providing thoughtful administrative support around the office by preparing, digitizing, and updating documents.
After the completion of training, this position will be hybrid with 1-3 days in the office per week.
