The Finance Associate role is responsible for assisting in the proper maintenance of accounting documents through auditing and a routine balancing/reconciling process. This is achieved through routine contact (e-mail and phone) with colleagues in our retail locations (Service Centers). This role will also serve as a backup to our Central Cashier (responsible for receiving, processing, and auditing daily receipts and payments).
Desired Skills
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous customer service or cashiering experience preferred
- Must have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Must possess a strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a high level of responsiveness
- Strong math and alphanumeric data management skills required
- Computer proficiency, including basic Excel, is required
