Cleaning:
- Assure that all the following tasks are performed to meet janitorial industry standards
- Trashing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Sweeping, Mopping, Cart Maintenance, Restroom Cleaning/Showers, Daily Carpet Spotting
- Furniture, Glass and Outside Cleaning
Tools/Equipment:
- Assure all tools assigned are in good and safe operating order
- Maintain a safe and orderly storage system for tools and supplies
- Maintain a working knowledge of materials and equipment used by RR
Safety and Security:
- Maintain assigned work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assure that emergency procedures are followed (i.e. fire alarms, emergency evacuation)
- Maintain a working knowledge of fire prevention and reporting procedure
The Benefits:
Employees must complete 1040 hours of work and maintain 120 hours a month to be benefits eligible

- Good communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to write and read simple instructions and short correspondence
- The ability to pass a criminal background check
- Walk and stand for long periods of time
- Perform work that includes lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, bending, and pulling
- Speak and understand basic English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and independent decision-making
