Role descriptionThe Multifamily Certification Project Manager represents Earth Advantage on a range of multifamily building projects pursuing Earth Advantage Multifamily, LEED for Homes, and ENERGY STAR Certifications. The Multifamily Certification Project Manager role includes the following activities:
Required QualificationsProject Management: Minimum four (4) years project management experience in the building industry.
Multifamily Certification: Minimum two (2) years participation on building development projects that sought and achieved green building certifications.
Hold a current and valid LEED Green Rater credential.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills.
Deep commitment to Earth Advantage's mission.

Preferred qualificationsFour-year degree or higher education in architecture, engineering, construction management, sustainable development, business, or equivalent combination of experience in related fields.
Experience within the affordable housing industry.
Compensation$62,000 - $78,000 annual compensation.
Note: This range represents the compensation opportunity within this specific Earth Advantage job class. Compensation for new hires generally falls in the low to mid point of the pay range.
