Effort Compliance and Reporting Analyst (Professional Faculty)

The Effort Compliance and Reporting Analyst is responsible for oversight and monitoring of effort compliance and reporting for a diverse portfolio of more than 2,200 grants and contracts at OSU. This function requires a thorough knowledge of grants management practices, as well as institutional and federal regulation related to effort compliance.

The position will ensure project personnel commitments and certification activities comply with federal, sponsor, and university regulations and policies. This role will focus on evaluating and ensuring compliance requirements are met within the current state effort certification process and also make recommendations and develop new procedures for effort certification as part of OSU's implementation of grant management software under the Administrative Modernization Program (AMP) initiative. As OSU implements modernized software related to the management of sponsored projects, this role will determine how the new systems intersect with personnel compliance and effort certification requirements, serve as a lead to evaluate system capabilities, and assist with design of an electronic effort certification process for OSU.

Salary Range: $60,288 - $105,420
