At the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA), we proudly serve those who have served our country. Guided by a mission to honor and support veterans, their dependents, and families, we provide leadership, advocacy, and resources to help them access earned benefits at the federal, state, and local levels.

We recognize that the journey of every veteran—and every employee—is unique. We believe our workforce should reflect the communities we serve—and we are stronger because of it. ODVA actively fosters an inclusive environment, where all voices are heard and valued. If you are an HR professional who leads with empathy, equity, and strategic insight, this is the opportunity for you.

Are you a collaborative and solutions-focused HR professional looking to make an impact? As our HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in promoting a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
