Your New Role:
One of Portland’s top digital agencies is hiring an Executive Personal Assistant to partner directly with their CEO – a driven, fast-paced leader who needs a steady gatekeeper to keep priorities aligned and operations moving forward.
In this role, you’ll manage high-level administrative support with a no-drama, all-business approach. Your day-to-day includes managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, and handling a mix of professional and personal tasks. You’ll also get to work cross-functionally with department leads, supporting high-impact projects and making sure the CEO’s time and focus are aligned with the agency’s big-picture goals.
To thrive here, you’ll bring strong judgment, a high level of discretion, and a calm, grounded presence. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in a focused, heads-down environment, staying two steps ahead of your executive, reading the room, and resetting priorities when needed. Hospitality or event planning experience is a must, as you’ll be relied upon to help plan and execute internal and external events.
This role is perfect for someone with a thick skin who takes pride in their polish, has a strong social IQ, and knows how to keep a CEO on task.
This is a hybrid position with two remote days each week; occasional travel will be required.
Your New Organization:
This is a high-performing, full-service digital agency that’s scaled quickly while staying grounded in their values. Known for its top-notch client roster and sharp creative execution, the team operates with focus, integrity, and a deep commitment to doing things right. They’re also a proud certified B Corporation, committed to people, planet, and performance.
Benefits here include paid time off; medical, dental, and vision coverage; disability and life insurance; both an FSA and HAS, and a 401(k) plus match.
