You will play a vital role in supporting our Area 3 and District 3 managers. A day in the life:
- Assist managers with evaluating and analyzing current and new policies, procedures and rules.
- Recommend new and improved operation processes, develop staffing plans and budgets.
- Assist with identifying and resolving various administrative personnel and operational issues.
- Assist managers in developing and preparing reports, databases, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Monitor and maintain online resources such as libraries, SharePoint site or other electronic/web-based information and documents.
- Be the point of contact for the Area and District managers for various entities and the public.
- Provide general assistance to maintenance, project delivery management and staff.
- Monitor and track various personnel management processes and tasks.
- Compute and compile various budget reports as needed.
- Prepare, coordinate, track and monitor interagency agreements, contract and services with vendors.
- Work is primarily conducted in an office setting and can include irregular hours based on business needs.

Minimum qualifications:
Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis;
OR
An associate degree in general office occupations AND two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis;
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special qualifications:
Driving is an essential function of this position. You must have a valid US driver license and an acceptable driving record. We will conduct pre-employment driving records checks on our final candidate(s). Your license does not have to be issued in Oregon to be considered.

- Demonstrated experience with establishing and maintaining working relationships with a diverse audience.

- Demonstrated experience with office software, applications, collaborative platforms, virtual meeting apps and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office products, Smartsheet, Adobe, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to respond to routine and nonroutine issues with diplomacy and tact.
- Able to multitask, independently manage time, and prioritizing task with attention to detail.
- Able to guide or lead others towards a common goal.
