WHO WE ARE

Homes for Good Housing Agency is the Public Housing Authority (PHA) for Lane County, Oregon. Our primary work is to help low-income community members with the logistics of affordable housing. At a higher level, we are neighbors united to get every Lane County resident who needs help into a home.

Our programs provide housing and rental assistance to over 5,000 families in Lane County through voucher-based subsidies and Agency-owned public, multi-family and affordable housing communities.

In addition to rental assistance, our team provides resources to program participants and residents including but not limited to general resident support, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) programming, Weatherization assistance and HUD's Family Self-Sufficiency Program.

OUR RESIDENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Our Resident Services Department consists of two teams:

  • Six Resident Services Specialists providing services and programming to our Public Housing & 3rd Party Managed communities.
  • Three Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinators providing case management to people we serve in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO FOR OUR TEAM

Reporting to the Supportive Housing Division Director, the Resident Services Manager provides leadership and supervision to the Resident Services & Family Self-Sufficiency teams. This key role is entrusted with maintaining excellence in operations and customer service within the Resident Services Department by developing, implementing and managing supportive programming within the Agency's housing portfolio and by supporting team members who work directly with the people we serve. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, fostering productive working relationships with community partners, participating in strategic planning, and coaching & developing team members.
