The primary responsibilities of the Program Services Coordinator 2 (PSC) will be to ensure the functionality of program services and deliverables, to identify current and potential performance barriers, and maintain accurate data pertaining to service provision. This position is located within the Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) program of Lane County’s Rent and Utility Services, a part of the Human Services Division. The HRSN program is a part of Oregon's 1115 Medicaid Waiver, which allows for the Oregon Health Authority to provide entitlement services for people on the Oregon Health Plan who fall within priority populations. Lane County’s HRSN program will solely focus on Housing and Outreach & Engagement Services.
The Program Services Coordinator will be conducting the macro-level work required to efficiently deliver services, operate within funder guidelines, and adhere to the budget. Program Service Coordinators are expected to become the program expert to effectively serve as a team lead, answering questions and approving applications processed by direct service staff. Program Service Coordinators will collaborate with other programs and divisions in order to coordinate services for positive client outcomes. This position will focus on program development and maintenance, compliance, record keeping, fiscal tracking, evaluation, and may deliver direct services. PSCs are an important part in program functionality and ensuring that services are equitably delivered to citizens of Lane County.
About the Division
The Human Services Division administers a range of programs that support people in Lane County communities – veterans, seniors, adults, children, youth and families – during challenges and transitions in their lives. The division helps address the root causes of poverty, hunger and homelessness through a range of prevention, intervention, stabilization and economic opportunity services.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Training:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, community and/or human service, business administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Three years of increasingly responsible experience in community and human services planning, development and evaluation.
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
