Description

Who We Are:

Bridge Meadows, launched in 2011, builds purposeful communities where children, families, and elders flourish together. We build intentional intergenerational housing communities that bring youth who have experienced foster care, their families, and elders together. Youth enjoy stable families. Parents receive support and guidance. Elders find the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families and one another. With safe, stable housing and a shared social purpose, Bridge Meadows Community members can reorient themselves toward improved family stability, wellness, education, and positive economic outcomes.

At Bridge Meadows, we believe in the power of people showing up for one another. Through the creation of strong mutual support networks, community members – kids, parents, elders - live the experience of being their own best allies in support and healing.

We’re not your typical social service organization. We have an entrepreneurial spirit, grounded in the belief that individuals and communities transform when we’re connected, feel that we belong, and strive for meaning and purpose. We are so passionate about intentional, intergenerational living, Bridge Meadows is expanding regionally and nationally.
