Description

The Lane County is seeking applications from qualified individuals to serve on the Elected Officials Compensation Board (EOCB).  There is a total of one (1) seats available at this time.  All board members must be individuals who are knowledgeable in personnel and compensation management and reside in Lane County.

The EOCB is tasked with recommending to the Lane County Budget Committee and the Lane County Board of Commissioners a compensation schedule for County Commissioners and other Lane County elected officials (Assessor, Sheriff, Justice of the Peace, and District Attorney.)

MEETING SCHEDULE: The EOCB meets one to four times a year, typically in the spring, with meeting times determined based on member availability. 

VACANCIES: There is a total of one (1) seats available at this time.

TERM OF APPOINTMENT: EOCB members shall serve for terms of four years; there is no limit on the number of terms members can serve.

MEMBERSHIP: Five (5).
