Join OMSI in a pivotal role as a Project Manager and be at the forefront of shaping the OMSI District—a transformative vision for Portland’s Central Eastside. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a vibrant new neighborhood that will encompass mixed-use buildings, affordable housing, and revitalized public spaces, all designed to foster education, innovation, and community engagement. With significant public and private investment poised to bring this vision to life, you will play a crucial role in guiding projects that promise to enhance the region's cultural and economic landscape while making a lasting impact on the community.
The Project Manager - Facilities & Real Estate leads and manages high-level projects at OMSI in collaboration with a breadth of vendors, partners, and OMSI personnel, with an emphasis on facilities and real estate property around the museum and OMSI District.
Position is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes:
- 2 weeks of vacation per year with no waiting period. Hours carry over year to year up to 200 hours.
- 2 weeks of sick time per year with no waiting period. Hours carry over year to year up to 520 hours.
- 12 Personal / Cultural Days (PTO) per year.
