Position: Contracting Analyst II
Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule (Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 3:30 PM)
Location: Urban Forestry, 10910 N Denver Ave, Portland, OR (Hybrid work within OR/WA)

Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) Urban Forestry is seeking a dedicated Contracting Analyst II to oversee critical contracts and procurement efforts for the care of over 333,000 City-owned street trees. This role is key to fostering healthy, resilient communities through sustainable green infrastructure initiatives funded by the Portland Clean Energy Fund.

• Lead solicitation processes and manage contract amendments.
• Collaborate with program managers and procurement professionals to align with equity goals.
• Serve as a liaison among internal stakeholders, City offices, and contractors.
• Drive solutions that meet the contracting needs of Urban Forestry programs.
