Our well-established manufacturing client has an immediate opening for an entry level Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! This role provides an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door and grow in your career with a close-knit accounting department. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn!

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Prepare cash postings ensuring accuracy.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices to ensure client received the request.
• Provide backup coverage for receptionist as needed.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications

• Coursework in Accounting or related field.
• 6 months of experience supporting accounting/AR related activities.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly; prior ERP experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with emphasis on customer service.
• Detail oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation: $22-$23/hr. (DOE)
