The HRSN program provides housing stability resources, including rent assistance, eviction prevention, utility assistance, housing navigation, and intensive case management services to OHP members with critical risk factors and experiencing life transitions that may impact their health and well-being. The person in this role will work closely across departments and with external partners to improve efficiency in systems, processes, and service implementation.
