How this role transforms workplaces:

  • Enters new hires and employee maintenance efficiently and accurately. Exercises a great deal of attention to detail.
  • Completes custom requested client reports as requested by the payroll team.
  • Packages payroll checks and reports.
  • Coordinates Fed-Ex and courier shipments.
  • Enters Garnishments into payroll system and completes employer response.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail. Delivers mail to the post office daily.
  • Builds a relationship of trust and sincerity with team members, including those who work remotely.

 

Who you’ll work with:

Payroll team, Benefits Team, HR Business Partners

 

Required experience and skills:

  • Strong attention to detail required to ensure accuracy in payroll processing, data entry, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Excel required for data management and payroll processing tasks.
  • Time management and prioritizing one’s day, performs with a sense of urgency.
  • Commitment to advancing racial equity, and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in the workplace.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must demonstrate trustworthiness, confidentiality, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.

 

Preferred skills and certifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish a plus.

Xenium HR is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. The starting salary for this role ranges from $20.51-23.07/hour based on skills/knowledge, years of experience, and ensuring pay equity within the organization. The hiring team will share more details regarding compensation based on your experience and location during the interview process.
