Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent classified Program Specialist 3 ' Early Childhood Education Program Supervisor. This leadership position is responsible for day-to-day operations including planning, organizing, communicating, executing, and evaluating the activities and functions of the Early Learning Center. This includes policies, procedures, training, coaching and supervision of staff. This is a supervisory position in an early childhood childcare program/lab school in compliance with regulations and policies of the college, Washington State Childcare licensing, Early Achievers QRIS and any applicable accreditation.The Program Specialist 3 ' Early Childhood Education Program Supervisor works closely with the Director and Leadership team in support of overall program design, implementation, and innovation. This position will participate collaboratively and professionally with staff and Clark Early Childhood Education faculty to promote the general well-being of the department and the college and uphold the mission, vision, and values of Child and Family Services and Clark College.
