Document Solutions Department

  • Experience with document imaging and Image Trust scanning software is a plus. 
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge and attention to detail is required.  
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a clean, organized workspace.  
  • Clean background check required. CJIS clearance required. 
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and/or fingerprinting as appropriate at any time during employment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people. 
  • Quality customer service with good interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Ability to work independently.

Document Solutions

Relay’s Document Services team provides high-quality document imaging and document storage for customers like the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and Oregon State Police. The team digitizes more than 200,000 documents each month in our 28,000-square-foot Data Imaging Loft.
