1. Project Management – 60 %
a. Oversee and manage smaller/less complex projects from initiation to completion.
b. Assist larger projects by coordinating tasks in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
c. Prepare governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
d. Develop and distribute communication to keep stakeholders informed.
2. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement – 15 %
a. Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and EPMO ensuring clear and timely communication.
b. Support communication activities to the EPMO using platforms such as SharePoint and newsletters.
c. Provide logistics and general support to the EPMO team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, development of stakeholder tools and materials, and other support as needed.
d. Support and execute special team activities aimed at aligning the team and accelerating our work, including team on sites, celebrations.
e. Design and implement tools to support project leads and project teams
3. Training and development 15 %
a. Facilitate the use of project and portfolio management tools.
b. Facilitate training sessions and materials for project and change management tools and methodologies (Asana)
c. Support the development and dissemination of best practices and standards within the EPMO.
4. Documentation and Reporting 10%
a. Facilitate the use of project, program, and portfolio management tools.
b. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
c. Generate and distribute regular project performance reports.
d. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
· Experience: 3-5 years of professional coordination and organization experience; self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.
· Skills:
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with creating training materials and videos (e.g., Loom).
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with SharePoint and other communication tools.
· Expertise with Microsoft 365 of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Loom, Forms and Outlook.
· Experience with Asana or other project management technology platforms is strongly desired.

· Willingness to support planning activities throughout the life of the project.
· Ownership to see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
· Ability to drive the tasks needed to accomplish their work and to know when to seek support and ask questions.
