About the Position:

The IT Operations Associate position is full-time and is located in Portland, Oregon. The candidate for this position would be responsible for the daily functioning and performance of our core IT systems and assisting our teammates in how to best use them.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day IT needs of the firm, including but not limited to:
    • Access requests
    • Ad hoc computer, phone, printer, monitor, internet issues
    • Device management (workstations, laptops, smartphones)
    • Office networking issues oO365 administration oOkta administration
    • Develop training materials for core IT support
    • Assist colleagues in learning new systems
    • Partner with our Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Technology Officer for defining and executing technology roadmap
    • Gather and document workflows and procedures
    • Identify inefficiencies and establish system/process improvement goals and objectives for IT operations
    • Coordinate project meetings with management, subject matter experts and end users to solicit business and functional requirements for various IT projects
    • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least two years' experience in information technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience investigating, documenting and improving existing processes
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be detail orientted
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Experience administering Active Directory, Intune, Entra, O365, Okta
  • Experience managing an office network
  • Microsoft Azure or AWS experience a plus

Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary to be consistent with experience and potential, ranging from $60,000 - $90,000
  • Benefits for this non-exempt position includes an annual discretionary bonus, profit sharing contribution, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life & long-term disability), personal time off (PTO) and remote work days (RWD), paid stock market closure days, donation reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, Costco membership, and paid monthly parking.
