Position Summary

The Office of the Registrar is seeking a Coordinator ' Project Portfolio. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.

The Coordinator ' Project Portfolio is a key member of the Projects and Communications team, responsible for managing administrative tasks related to ongoing projects within the Office of the Registrar. This role involves planning, coordination, data compilation and timely execution of tasks to maintain project timelines. Key responsibilities include: Collaboration and communication for building and maintaining strong partnerships across the institution by using effective communication; Coordination and execution of tasks related to project deadlines including arranging project meetings with appropriate stakeholders and collecting important details regarding project objectives; Data analysis and reporting required to research and analyze project-related data, prepare reports and create project-related documentation; Adaptability and flexibility is required for success in this position. The ability to pivot quickly, handle ambiguity and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.

The Coordinator ' Project Portfolio works closely with project managers, Office of the Registrar leadership and representatives from various university departments. The day-to-day responsibilities ensure smooth project operations and successful outcomes within the Office of the Registrar. The Coordinator will contribute to the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts that are outlined in OSU's Diversity Action Plan which have the goal to expand access to higher education, solve problems through research and innovation, and enhance prosperity for every community across the state, and by extension the nation and world.
