The HR Generalist is on the front lines every day to provide comprehensive HR support to employees, supervisors, managers, leadership, People Operations and Disability Inclusion teams to help achieve our mission to transform workplaces and communities by championing disability inclusion.

The HR Generalist handles a wide range of HR tasks, including handling employees’ inquiries on HR topics, utilizing Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all records are up-to-date and confidential, supporting investigations and managing central our case management system.   In addition, the Generalist will assist the Employee Relations team to effectively deliver maximum employee support and value to the Relay organization as a whole.

  • 2+ yrs experience in Human Resources and /or administrative and confidential position(s)
  • Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems knowledge will be a plus
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with or supporting people with disabilities
