ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Application Management and Optimization – 50% 

  • Act as the internal resource for administration of the NetSuite systems. 
  • Provide research, guidance, and recommendations for system use and enhancements.
  • Ensure NetSuite is properly and effectively communicating with other Relay systems and integration capabilities are leveraged appropriately.
  • Create and manage user roles, assign appropriate access to new users and maintain system security architecture. 
  • Validate and confirm new or changed functionalities, communicating regularly with system end users, providing training and testing opportunities.
  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement and/or new process incorporation into the applications.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to implement new functionality, workflows, processes, and/or reporting in the application, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user documentation, and training.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain system-related SOPs and documentation. 
  • Accurately record, update, and document requests using the SysAid Helpdesk ticketing system
  • Analyze applications to identify issue root causes, escalating to vendor product support team in a timely manner as required, working closely with vendor support team for resolution within vendor SLA.
  • Support the company’s commitment to data governance by protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

2. Business Analysis – 35%   

  • Monitor issues for training and process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with business units for system improvement and enhancement opportunities
  • Serve as business lead for projects including requirements gathering, process mapping, vendor coordination, testing, training, and change management. 
  • Create and maintain documentation for system requirements, decisions, and enhancements. 
  • Act as team member or team lead as is required by different projects
  • Participate in multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines and daily work. 

3.Other duties and emerging technologies– 15% 

  • Contribute to and leverage user groups and conferences to further knowledge and use of systems.
  • Investigate and propose new and emerging technologies
  • Leverage emerging AI opportunities in systems
  • Collaborate with vendors, business and IT Operations on opportunities to pilot improvements for accessibility and enhancements for employee use of technology 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Three years working in a System Administrator or Business Systems Analyst role, with increasing responsibility.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration. 
  • Additional years of related work experience may be used to supersede higher education
  • Experience with system implementations and system upgrades and optimizations.
  • Experience working with Software as a Service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Familiarity with basic Business analysis and project management processes and terminology
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system
  • Experience working with integrated systems             

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively, remotely or in-person, with a wide range of people in a diverse community.
  • Self-motivated learner who thrives on new information and easily grasps new software systems.
  • Able to work independently and exercise judgement on when to escalate to manager 
  • Ability to pass background checks as appropriate at any time during employment.
  • Ability to manage system configurations and workflows. 
  • Basic project management skills, including documentation, communication, and status reporting.

  • Performs duties independently, collaborating with IT & Department Stakeholders.
