Manufacturing Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, onboarding) for skilled trade roles.
• Collaborate with TA leaders to define needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for hiring quality production workers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements.
• Administer and interpret personality tests to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

Manufacturing Recruiter Qualifications

• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• 1 year of experience specializing in blue-collar production worker/skilled trades recruiting.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar a plus.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools (ATS, online job boards, etc.) and HR best practices, including DEI.
• Collaborative and team-oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or experience working with non-English speaking employees preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: $65k-$75k (DOE)
