The role:
We’re looking for a data & website management coordinator to join our team! Our Office of Equity & Civil Rights ensures equitable project and service delivery and equitable contracting practices for all of Oregon's communities. In this role, you will provide research, data analysis, report preparation, trending and evaluate performance related to the Office of Equity & Civil Rights programs. You will collect, compile and evaluate qualitative and quantitative information and statistical data and provide reports to agency partners. You’ll also assist in planning, developing and organizing projects for researching alternate means of reporting and data presentation. Minimum qualifications:
Three years experience as a research assistant comparable to the work of a research analyst 1; or two years experience using computer applications to help gather, compile, analyze, and report information and statistical data.
OR
A bachelor's degree in any discipline that included six-quarter units in statistics or quantitative analysis methods and procedures.

• Customer service oriented, including experience working collaboratively on a team.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Experience writing effective technical narrative and statistical reports.
• Experience developing and presenting reports in tabular, graphic or pictorial form, and in PowerPoint.
• Experience using statistical software and writing queries with C#, python, structured query language (SQL) to edit and tabulate data.
• Experience analyzing, interpreting and explaining technical data and reports.
• Knowledge of data integrity and ethics principles.
